   Complete and submit this complaint form to report potholes found in the city limits of Litchfield Park. The city limits are north of Indian School Road, south of Camelback Road, west of Dysart Road, and east of Litchfield Road and include Litchfield Greens, the Village at Litchfield Park and LaLoma Village. If the pothole problem is found in an area outside of Litchfield Park's city limits, please contact Maricopa County's pothole problem hotline at 602-506-3276.
