Tom moved to Litchfield Park at age 12, in 1979. He graduated from Litchfield Elementary and Agua Fria High School (Class of 1983).
After attending Stanford University and getting his BS in Industrial Engineering, Tom moved back to the Valley of the Sun and married his high school sweetheart, Jill Bringer. They moved back to Litchfield Park in 1994, where they raised their 4 children (Joey and Ryan, 28, Madi 24 and Morgan 22).
Tom is the President/CEO of Stotz Equipment, a family owned John Deere dealership with 25 stores in 8 western states.
Prior to the City Council, Tom served for 8 years on the Agua Fria Union High School District Governing Board and for 4 years on the Litchfield Elementary School District Governing Board. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Equipment Dealers Association, a national trade group for equipment dealers. He is also a past president of the Far West Equipment Dealers Association as well as the Church at Litchfield Park Board of Trustees.
