Balance & Stretch

This senior class is designed to improve or continue the quality of your life! We incorporate simple and safe transitions and movements to increase mobility, range of motion, balance, and stability. Chairs will be used in this class. Stretching and light weights are used. This is a great class to maintain a healthy range of mobility. Program details are published online > Adult Fitness. Drop In Pickleball

Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court.
